The Process
Our heat pump covers aren't just a product, they are also a service. With so many style, size and colour configurations available, we can't hold them all in stock.
That's why we make them.
We also make them to order because we love having the chance to help our clients add the finishing touches to their home. We can take pride in our work knowing it's going to somebody who takes pride in their home as well.
Production
Once we receive your order, we check against our held stock of our most popular size, styles and colours to see if we can get it out nice and quick. If we don't have one we get straight into making it.
Our normal turnaround is about 3 weeks.
